Gaststätte Holzwurm in Seiffen

We love going to this cozy restaurant. The staff is really nice and always ready for a joke. The owners are very nice and courteous people. It is highly recommended, especially at Christmas time when the star market lights up at the Holzwurm.

Very comfortable, clean, hygiene was well maintained. Service friendly and the food was there quickly.

We went out to eat with the whole family, everything was really great. The food was tasty, the atmosphere was great and the service was efficient and nice despite the house being full.

I ate there with my girlfriend tonight. It was absolutely amazing. I can only recommend it to everyone. And all very friendly. Really great.

We got very good seats 1x without (in the evening) and 1x with reservation (at noon). In these times that is by no means a matter of course. We were served very friendly and the food (pork neck for me) was really delicious. Everything was fine. Many thanks for the culinary experience to the team from Restaurant Holzwurm.

We were guests on vacation rather by chance. Everything was great, only the service was much better! we were two families, a total of 9 people wildly mixed. The friendly gentleman from Holzwurm knew exactly who was getting what food and not just that - when we asked for separate bills, he broke it down by families without any further questions! Simply extra class ...

It cooks very well, there is very pleasant service and a beautiful environment. I recommend everyone to visit this restaurant.

After my visit to the museum, I had thought to myself to simply eat something across from “Gaststätten Holzwurm”, I sat alone on the terrace, after 15 minutes the waitress came “already”, I had a beer ... and ordered the menu, came also immediately, after about 30 minutes my beer was long gone, and the three tables around me were already occupied and served. Since after 45 minutes I didn't even order the food, Because nobody cared, I paid for the beer and left ....

Well located restaurant with Ore Mountains charm, good-tasting food and attentive staff

The restaurant itself is open, but we were not welcomed on Friday evening September 18th, 2020 because there were no reservations. But the inn was empty. The service was quick and friendly, the food was sufficient, fresh and ok. But if you come here, you should have called, which in my opinion is scare away customers. There was enough space. I didn't feel comfortable as a guest at times when you should take every euro with you.

On warm days, a wonderful patio with awning and good service - a very good menu for the whole day. Also great sundaes on offer. The interiors are made of wood and rustic and cozy. After a good purchase, it is worth visiting the Holzwurm.

Bautzen Marktplatz is a good place to sit and take a break. There are many sights around the area.

Our favorite place with delicious regional food, nice wines and beers and the best location: the restaurant has a modernized but likewise traditional style and the owners take good care of their guests, just like the entire team does, too.

Beautiful restaurant in the heart of Seiffen. Parking lot directly opposite (chargeable). Large terrace with shady areas. The interior is modern and yet rustic. A great mix of modern and traditional elements. Super successful. The dishes taste great and are nicely presented. The portion could have been a bit bigger, but it was perfectly adequate. The conditions were very friendly and helpful in further planning the day in Seiffen. Absolute recommendation 👌

Very nice restaurant with friendly and attentive staff. The food is delicious. Terrace and interiors were lovingly designed and very clean. Our child was a bit chilly on the terrace - a blanket was brought straight away without being asked :-) There was a water bowl for the dog at the next table.

Cozy, nice, good local food

a perfect stop for a delicious lunch or a coffee break with ice cream, the interior is beautiful and scenic views on the outside seating area makes this a popular favorite!!
